They are SIMPLE! Book online the inflatable you would like. We will send you a confirmation email along with some information regarding your rental. Pick up the inflatable on the day of your rental. We supply everything you will need along with simple set-up instructions. Use it for your rental period and then return it when your rental time is done.
Yes, we charge a $50 refundable damage/cleaning fee in case of any damage or excessive cleaning. We will inspect the inflatable within 48hrs after rental and then send back your deposit via EMT once inspection is completed.
Yes, in almost every case our bouncy castles fit in our customers cars. Trucks, Vans & SUV's typically never have issues. Make sure to clean out your trunks and back seats to make for ample space. The bins are 50 gallon bins on wheels and also come with a small tote with smaller items. If you are driving a car we often times will offer the option to take the bouncer out of the bin and gently lay it in your trunk. In this case you MUST ensure your trunk in clean and free of any sharp objects.
Absolutely! We will supply you will every item you will need to fully operate your bouncer. Just make sure you have a power outlet for the blower and water hook-up for the hose (if you are renting a wet bouncer). We'll take care of the rest :)
We offer a NO HASSEL cancelation or rescheduling due to rainy or dangerous windy weather. If you wish to cancel we require 48hrs notice. Please contact us by email or phone to do so.
Unfortunately, no. Our current selection of bouncers are only designed for the weight of small children.
You can pick up your rental on Friday evenings between 5PM-8PM and drop off on Sunday no later then 8PM.
You can rent on a weekday for a cheaper price for two days and pick up the evening before between 5PM-8PM. For example, if you are renting for Wed & Thurs, you can pick up Tues evening between 5PM-8PM.
Yes! This is why we advertise as DIY "do it yourself". They are very easy to handle on your own. Our bouncers weigh approx 90lbs at the most. They can easily be managed by most people on their own. We supply you with a detailed list of instructions as well as a handy check list and all the items you will need to fully operate the inflatable on your own. We are always available by phone for further assistance on the day of your rental if needed.
